If you have a project you have never done - go here! All the staff were genuinely nice people and many asked if we needed help. Since we aren't used to terrific customer service it took us a couple times to admit we needed it! When we did, Ken walked us step-by-step through picking out all the parts we needed to replace some pipes. We could not have done this project so quickly or correctly without him. THANK YOU!!!

Nice staff and a fair variety of products. I only wouldn't recommend getting a spare key done here. We've needed to make two sets and only half didn't end up getting remade later because they were made wrong. Otherwise, this place is great and the workers do everything that they can to help you find what you're looking for.
